Libya
Libyan troops loyal to the United Nations-backed government, battling to oust Islamic State from their stronghold in the city of Sirte, on Friday showed some of the ground they have taken from the militants.
The video released captured a former small training camp with an assault course, along with fox holes used by IS fighters.
The Libyan army has been making tremendous progress in recapturing most of the parts that are occupied by the armed Jihadists fighters.
Libyan commanders said a few hundred Islamic State fighters are now encircled in the centre of Sirte, though they have retained control of four neighbourhoods.
Meanwhile the U.S. airstrikes are helping the Libyan army make advances by conquering many areas formerly held by the fighters. Taking control of Sirte will be a major boost in defeating ISIS who are threatening the existence of other neighbouring countries.
