The twitter account of a seven-year-old Syrian girl, Bana Alabed who shared depictions of daily life in besieged eastern Aleppo is back online.
The account was deleted a day earlier sparking fears for her and her family’s safety.
A new tweet was posted from the account on Monday reading ‘‘Under attack. Nowhere to go, every minute feels like death. Pray for us. Goodbye – Fatemah #Aleppo’‘
A follow up tweet read ‘‘Hello my friends, how are you? I am fine. I am getting better without medicine with too much bombing. I miss you. – Bana #Aleppo’‘
The seven year old who has garnered some 217000 twitter followers, posted a harrowing message on Sunday December 4.
The final message read “we are sure the army is capturing us now” shortly before the account was deleted.
