Twitter inaccessible in several countries

Twitter was not accessible in several countries,Tuesday morning. The service has since been restored but th AFP reports it was only accessible for almost an hour from offices in Paris , London, Moscow , Kiev , Johannesburg and Lagos.

Earlier a spokesman for Twitter in Europe told the AFP, confirmed that the site was inaccessible, without specifying whether it was a failure and for how long the problem will last.

“Some users are having problems accessing Twitter . We are aware and try to find a solution ,” said on its page on Tumblr.
