The Morning Call
The brother of Senegal’s head of state has been in the middle of an oil scandal involving a group that was given exploration rights in the country since the discovery of oil and gas deposits in the country. Many have questioned why the president’s brother was also given a top position in a project expected to boost the country’s economy.
