Royals attend Braemar Highland Games event without queen
Members of the royal family including Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, attend the Braemar Gathering in Scotland. This year, Queen Elizabeth II was absent from the traditional highlight of her summer trip, because of persistent health worries, according to British media. The event, which is always held on the first Saturday in September, is the most famous on the Highland Games circuit.
