COP21: Ségolène Royal sollicites Ouattara's support

Ségolène Royal, french minister of Environment and energy, on friday in abidjan sollicited ivorian president Alassane Outtara support for the project about africa renewable energy transition, two months before the siganture of the agreement of Paris in New York.
