Ban on alcohol in sachets [The Morning Call]

First it was Cameroon, Senegal, Malawi and now Ivory Coast, which has banned the production, importation and sale of alcohol in sachets in a bid to reduce alcoholism. In Cameroon, the ban has been effective since 2014, though it is yet to be fully implemented.
