7 months after, Etienne Tshisekedi yet to be buried [The Morning Call]
With his remains still in Brussels , Belgium, delays and controversy have trailed funeral arrangements laid out for him.
Tshisekedi before his death was set to lead a transitional council, part of an agreement put together in December,
intended to pave the way for president Joseph Kabila to leave power in 2017 and refrain from running for a third term as president.
His death and departure from the political scene in the DRC is widely seen as a huge blow to the opposition against Joseph Kabila who has now overstayed office
nearly a year after the expiration of his term and without elections in sight.
