Celebrations at Thai weed festival after steps to legalisation

As night falls, the soft-smelling pungent smoke is unmistakable at the seventh 420 festival outside Bangkok on the weekend, as chilled revellers celebrate Thailand's decision to begin fully legalising cannabis.
